For one cup: about 10g = 1 to 2 teaspoons per 250ml of hot water
For a pot: about 40g = 2 to 4 teaspoons per 1 liter of hot water
The caffeine content is approximately that of a cup of coffee.
Pour hot water (80°C to 90°C) over finely chopped kola pieces and let steep, covered, for 10 minutes. Strain and it's ready to drink. Enhance the flavor with lemon verbena.
